In this privacy policy
Who we are
Dezhyne Labs is an IT services agency registered in India, based at 16, Kambar Street, Alandur, Chennai – 600016. For the purposes of data protection law we are the controller of the personal data described below.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit the enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the service you selected and the message you write. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. If analytics or advertising cookies are enabled, those tools may also record how you move through the site.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about.
- To maintain the security, availability and performance of the website.
- To understand which pages are useful so we can improve them.
- To meet our legal, accounting and reporting obligations.
Legal basis
Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for optional cookies, on legitimate interests for site security and analytics, and on the necessity of taking steps at your request before entering into a contract when you submit an enquiry.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting provider, email service and analytics tools, and only to the extent they need it. Some of these providers operate outside your country; where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we are required to keep them longer. Server logs are retained for a short period on a rolling basis.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email info@dezhyne.com and we will respond within one month.

Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working. Any analytics or marketing cookies are optional and are only set with your consent. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time; for example, Google explains how to manage cookies in Chrome.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
If we change this privacy policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be highlighted on this page for a reasonable period so returning visitors can see what is different.
